Amy Lee is Elliott Law's Case Manager and Senior Legal Assistant, having joined the firm in 2009. Amy has successfully assisted clients with respect to temporary and permanent residence applications in all categories, appeals and hearings, as well as assisting on complex legal issues, including admissibility and enforcement matters. Her strategic thinking, dedication and attention to detail has resulted in numerous successful cases. Amy obtained her Bachelor of Arts Degree in Foreign Languages and Applied Linguistics from Yuan-Ze University in 2004 in Taiwan. She successfully graduated with Honours from the Brand Management Graduate Certificate program from Seneca College in 2009. Prior to coming to Canada, Amy worked in the telecommunication and consulting industries. Amy is fluent in English and Mandarin.

Alina Zhang is an associate lawyer at Elliott Law Professional Corporation. She graduated from University of British Columbia with a Master of Laws (LL.M) degree in 2015, after obtaining her Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) degree in 2014. Alina worked in law firms in Vancouver before she joined Canadian Immigration Alliance as an articling student in September 2018. Alina was called to Ontario Bar in January 2020 and she is currently a member of Law Society of Ontario. Alina has extensive experience in all types of permanent and temporary residence applications, including provincial nominee programs, FSW, CEC, family sponsorship applications and applications on humanitarian and compassionate grounds. She also has practical experience in representing clients in front of Immigration and Refugee Board of Canada and Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA).

Maria Vittoria Tomaselli is a Registered Canadian Immigration Consultant at Elliott Law Professional Corporation. She graduated with Honours from University of Malta in 2013, where she completed her Bachelor’s Degree and Master’s Degree in Linguistics. Upon immigrating to Canada, she had first-hand experience with the complexities revolving around Canadian permanent residence, and this sparked an interest in helping others on their own journey. For several years she volunteered in a Northern Ontario Multicultural Group dedicated to helping newcomers integrate into their community. By gaining valuable experience in Toronto-based immigration law firms and obtaining her license as an Immigration Consultant in 2017, she has been able to turn her passion into a career.
